Devoted wife of Alan, loving Mum to Lydia & Adam and caring Nanny to Lottie & Bonnie.
Sarah gained her wings way too soon, peacefully at home in the arms of her eternally loving family after a hard-fought battle against cancer.
The funeral service of Sarah is due to take place at Thornton Crematorium on Thursday 3rd October at 10:30am
Family have respectfully requested to have family flowers only, however, donations online or on the day can be made in Sarahs memory to the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre.
