A heartfelt thanks to Grimsby Premier Care, Debbie Stringer - the Admiral Nurse, all the staff at the Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital/Community Services and to Focus/Willow Carer Sits - especially Jayne and Shirley for all the loving care given to Yolande.
