Passed away peacefully at the North Devon District Hospital on 8th December 2024, aged 62 years.
Beloved mother to Phillip and Adam, and much-loved sister to Martyn. She will be sorely missed by all her family and friends.

Funeral Service to be held at St. Peter's Church, Tawstock on 7th January 2025 at 13:00. Mourners are asked to wear something purple in memory of Jeannette.

Flowers welcome but donations preferred, if desired, for the Wooden Spoon Charity and Knickers for Knowledge (Soroptimists International Barnstaple & District) and may be given at the service or c/o W S Gayton & Son, Pickett Meadow, Fremington, Barnstaple EX31 3UP.

Pathfield School extends its sincere condolences to the family of Jeanette during this sad time. Jeanette is fondly remembered by the staff at Pathfield School as a dedicated parent, Governor, and later Chair of Governors. Her unwavering commitment to Pathfield School was always greatly appreciated, and she was a cherished friend and trusted member of the Pathfield family.

Oh my dear Jeannette! Lived in the village and went to the village school. Lost track over the years but knew Dad and Mum and Martin too. Living opposite dear Uncle Fred and Aunty Gwen.
