Alex Kellam was instructed by me when I head of Criminal Litigation at the Cardiff firm of Solicitors, Leo Abse and Cohen.
We worked on many cases together and became friends from 1971 to 1978 when I left Cardiff.
Alex was a very dedicated physician and totally committed to assisting his patients back to good health where possible. His medical reports were of the highest quality and well respected by the Judiciary.
I have lost a good friend. RIP Alex, David Phillips.

Having only just found out about the sad passing of Dr KELLAM, it is with sincere gratitude that I wish to pass my thanks for his work to all his family and his professional organisations.
It is only because of two appointments with him that I am alive to pass on my thanks today.
Enough said.
