JohnJOSEPassed peacefully away at the RD&E Hospital on 16th July, aged 83. Dearest husband of Margaret. Brother of the late Arthur and Brother in law of Gladys, Brian, Barbara and Barry. Private cremation due to the current situation. John was the main fund raiser for The Cats Protection for forty years and a retired Divisional Commandant for the Devon and Cornwall Special Constabulary.
