Susan CaroleJORDANPassed away peacefully at home on 27th November 2024, aged 72 years. Much loved and dearly missed Wife of 53 years to Derek, Mum to Paula, Nicola and Scott, Mother-in-law to Lisa and Darren and Nanna to Evan, Niall, Carly and Zoey.
A service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium, Round Chapel, on Thursday 19th December 2024 at 14:00.
Family flowers only please, however, donations in lieu can be made to Dementia UK in Susan's memory.
