Tracey LouiseJONESPassed away peacefully on the 29th of March, aged 58. She was surrounded by those she loved dearly "You are now an angel in our hearts".
Funeral service to be held at St Cygnar's Church, Borth-Y-Gest, Porthmadog , LL49 9TU on Thursday, April 17th at 12 PM.
Tracey was a beautiful soul and a loving mum, daughter, sister, auntie and friend. Anybody that's had the pleasure to know Tracey, knows she was kind hearted, fun loving, empathetic, generous, considerate and had a heart of gold ! She was truly an unmatched and exquisite individual. She always had time for others, gave good advice and offered a helping hand when needed. She also had a deep love for animals and animal awareness through the animals she rescued. No words can express the pain and sorrow losing our beloved Tracey, we are all devastated and heartbroken! She will live on eternally in our thoughts and prayers. "Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves memory no one can steal". Rest in peace now Trace, may an angel always be by your side and know how much you were loved and admired. God Bless.
