Mark TreforJONESPeacefully in the care of Trinity Hospice on Monday 3rd March 2025, Mark, aged 64 years.

Service will be held at Lytham Park Cemetery Chapel on Thursday 27th March at 11.30am prior to burial in the cemetery grounds.

Family flowers only please. Donations if so desired may be given for Trinity Hospice, c/o the Funeral Director.
