Daphne JeanJONESDaphne sadly passed away at Avon Lodge Care Home on the 15th February 2025 aged 93 years.
Now finally reunited with her beloved husband Terry, she will be missed by all that knew her.
Daphne's funeral service will be held at 3pm on Friday 14th March 2025 at Westerleigh Crematorium in the Woodland Chapel.
Family flowers only please, donations may be given on the day of the service in memory of Daphne to Dementia UK,
