Stephen peacefully fell asleep forever surrounded by family at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital on the 18th of January 2025.
Much loved son of Mac and Roz. Adored former partner of Janine & Ann and loving, proud Dad of Michael and Callum. He will be sadly missed by all family and friends.
