Ann MyfanwyJONESPassed away peacefully on 17th March 2024 at Glan Clwyd hospital. Aged 65 years.

Wife to Hefin. Dearly loved mother to Rhian and Bleddyn and mother in law to Ivan. Treasured grandmother to Steffan, Dylan, Lexi, Alexa, Noah and Gethin. Also a dear sister to Gwynfor, Mair, Gwilym and Susie.

Funeral to take place at Colwyn Bay Crematorium on 10th April 2024 at 11am.

Family flowers only please. Donations, if so desired, will be gratefully received for ICU Glan Clwyd and Cancer Research UK. Family request that attendees wear a splash of colour.
