It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Peter on 23rd December 2024, aged 83 years at the Douglas Macmillan Hospice. Devoted husband of Shirley, dad to Nicola, father-in-law to Alan. Grandad, great-grandad and brother.

In accordance with Peter's wishes a Private Cremation will take place on Saturday 11th January 2025.

A Celebration of his life and Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.

Subject: Condolences on the Passing of Peter Johnson

Dear Nicola and family

We were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Peter Johnson this December. Peter was a cherished client of Yes2 Healthcare Limited for over a year, and it was truly an honor to be a part of his journey.

He will always be remembered fondly by all of us who had the privilege of caring for him. His presence brought meaning to the work we do, and his memory will remain close to our hearts.

Thank you for entrusting Yes2 Healthcare to support Peter during his life. Our thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.
