Funeral service and cremation to take place on Wednesday October 2nd at 1.15pm in the chapel of St Hilda Teesside Crematorium. Would friends please meet at the crematorium chapel.
Family flowers only, donations in lieu if so desired to Young Minds. A donation box will be provided after the service.
