When life continues without me and I'm not there to see, if a day comes by and you find your eyes are filled with tears for me
Remember that I have lived my life, where I was as happy as can be, and although right now that times are sad, I know one day you will see.
I know how much you love me as much as I love you, and each time you think of me, I will be thinking of you too.
When life continues without me, please try to understand, that an angel called my name and took me by the hand.
He said my place was ready in heaven up above, and that I had to leave behind all those that I know and love.
I thought of all our days together, the good times and the bad, I recalled all the love we shared, and all the laughs we had.
If I could be with you today, just even for a while, I would say thank you and goodbye and I would hope to make you smile.
I now realise that this can never be and instead only memories and sadness are to take the place of me.
So when life goes on without me, just know we aren't far apart, for every time you think of me, I'll be there in your heart

Composed by great grandaughter Jade.

With all our love, you will be missed so much and you will be forever in our minds and hearts.
Sylvia, Bryan and family
