HazelJEPSONLoving wife, mother, sister and grandmother passed away 17th January 2024 aged 79 after a long illness. A true force of nature, never to be forgotten by her heartbroken family.

Funeral service to take place at All Saints Church, Plumtree Road, Cotgrave, Nottingham, NG12 3HT on Friday 1st March 2024 at 10am followed by burial at Hollygate Memorial Woodlands, Cotgrave.

Wake to be held at The Beeches Hotel, 65-69 Wilford Lane, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 7RN.

Donations to Dementia UK Flowers - Co Op Funeralcare, 18 Tudor Square, West Bridgford, NG2 6BT
