Michael GwynJENKINSA much-loved husband to Christine, father to Lisa, Tanya and Kate, and adored grandfather of Lillie, Jake, Mylo, Annabella and Evie.
Passed away at Bodmin Hospital on Friday 20 September, aged 75.
A funeral service will be held at Treswithian Downs Crematorium on Friday 11 October at 2:00pm.
Family flowers only, please, but donations in lieu to Dementia UK would be gratefully received, either at the funeral service or made directly to the charity.
