Loving daughter of Sheila & David,
loving sister to Sue & Steve and aunty to Emma & Josh, Sarah & Lewis.

Rachel will be remembered with love and smiles by all who knew her.

A Service of Thanksgiving will be held at
St. Nicholas Church, Fleckney on
Thursday 23rd January at 2:30pm, followed by burial in the Churchyard.

It would be appreciated if you wore a splash of Rachel's favourite colour, purple.

Family flowers only please.
Donations, if desired, may be payable to D&H Community Support Ltd.
(to benefit Wigston Day Centre, where Rachel spent such happy times), and sent c/o
