Ann TheresaJAMIESONAnn on April 29th, 2018 suddenly and peacefully passed away in Hospital Aged 79 years. My darling Ann (Babe) when you left my heart went with you, your loving husband Dave. Beloved Mum of Lee and Kerry, also Son-in-law Paul, Daughter In-Law Sarah. Cherished grandchildren Alex and Katie and all the family and friends. Ann will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all her family and many friends. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday May 15th, 2018 at Stockport Crematorium, Rowan Chapel at 10.45am.
