Charlotte JadeJAMESSadly passed away peacefully at Nottingham City Hospital on 6th January 2025. Aged 31 years.
Beloved wife to Joshua, beautiful mother of Clarence, much loved and cherished daughter to Janette & David, loving sister to Stuart & Hannah and much loved granddaughter, aunty, cousin and friend to many.
Charlotte will be sadly missed by all who knew her and will stay in their hearts forever.
Her funeral service will take place at St Paul's Church, Little Eaton on Friday 31st January at 1.00pm, followed by a private cremation.
Charlotte was bright and colourful so please wear something with colour to celebrate her life.
