Patience AnnJACKSONPassed away peacefully in the Countess of Chester Hospital on 25th April 2024, aged 86 years.
Beloved wife of the late Derek Jackson, and a much loved Mum, Gran, and Great Granny.
Funeral service to take place at Chester Crematorium on Monday 13th May 2024 at 12noon.
Family flowers only, but donations if so desired in Peggy's memory will be shared between and forwarded to The British Heart Foundation and the Countess of Chester Hospital Breast Care Unit and may be made via the funeral director.
