HowardJACKSONSuddenly passed away in hospital on 25th October. Howard aged 75 years of Pittshill Chell.

The dearly loved husband of Carolyn. Father of Nicola and Darren, Step Father of Sarah. Grandad of Callum and Darci. Howard will be sadly missed by other family and friends.

Funeral service to take place on 30th November at Swan Bank Church Burslem at 11:45am. Followed by burial at Burslem cemetery at 1pm.

Please wear something colourful. Family flowers only, donations preferred in memory of Howard to the The British Heart Foundation and Macmillan Cancer Support.
