The obituary notice of David Leslie (Pops) HUTCHINGS

I'm sorry that i had to leave you, I hate watching you miss me and cry,
But please don't spend too much time being sad, And don't spend too much time questioning why.
My death showed you that tomorrow isn't promised,
So live and enjoy life whilst you can,
And when you feel sad thinking I'm not with you, Please don't ever doubt that I am.
I'm with you in all your big moments, I've seen everything that you have done, I'm so proud of everything you have achieved, And so proud of who you've become.
Don't worry about all the things you didn't say, Don't feel guilty whenever you feel happy,
' promise you I'm okay now,
so don't feel guilty for living life without me.
I'd hate to think my death destroyed you, I want you to be brave and carry on, Although I'm not physically with you, The love we shared could never be gone.
So don't worry about what we didn't get to do, Because you can do so much with your time, And always remember when you think of me,
That love can never ever die.

At work thinking about you. Funny how the world works, the last place I held you is now the place I come to work and I feel nothing but comfort. You told me to do something with my heart, here I am. Just wishing you were still in that room to let me hold you again.

My Daddy.

11.11.11 is a Day that you would always stop reflect and pay tribute too the fallen no matter where you were. Today as always I pay Tribute to My Pops. You told be back in November ‘always remember him Dawn’ but this year is I know you will be side by side honouring your Dad. 5347853

Where did 3 Months go Daddy, time I know doesn’t stand still but I wish it would ‘time waits for no one’ you would say. The earth has tiled on its axis and there has been a paradigm shift. Memories remain but my heart is 💔

It's been the hardest thing to lose you,
You meant so much to me

I know that Heaven called you but I wish you could have stayed.. At least the memories I have of you

I did not want to lose you but you did not go alone,
because a part of me went with you when Heaven called you home.

I Miss you more and more as the days go on pops, I always look back at the videos I took of you singing to brighten my day. I now hold you around my neck in a special locket so I know you are always with me 😞
