Funeral to be held at Gedling Crematorium on Tuesday 1st March 2022 at 1.30pm. Family flowers only. Donations in memory of Jacky to the Haematology Department at Nottingham City Hospital, cheques made payable to Nottingham Hospitals Charity-Haematology Department may be given on the day or sent to Nottingham Hospitals Charity, 2 Embley Road, North Road, City Hospital, Nottingham NG5 1RE.
