Alfred JohnHULBERT(Alf) Passed away peacefully on 10th October 2012. Aged 78 years. Dearly loved husband, father, father-in-law, grand- father and great grandfather. Will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Service to be held at Woodlands Crematorium on Wednesday 24th October 2012, at 11.00 am. Any donations to either The Foundation of Liver or Diabetes Research.
