PercyHUGHESIt is with a heavy heart we announce the passing of Percy on Tuesday 11th February 2025 aged 83 years.

Percy will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.

A funeral service will be held to celebrate his life on Tuesday 4th March 2025 at St Giles' Church, Newcastle at 1pm followed by committal at Bradwell Crematorium. Can we kindly ask that all those wishing to attend meet directly at the Church please.

So sad , Percy has been a good friend and neighbour for 30 years. He will be sadly missed by us, Will miss our chats and putting the world to rights at his gate xx our love goes to Shirley and all of his loving family who has looked after them both with everything they have xx ❤️ thinking of you all x fly high perce and have a ginger biscuit for me up there matey 💙 love sharron and shaun and family xx

Only met Percy & Shirley handful of times, but what a lasting impression Percy left, felt like I had known him for years, what a character, such lovely man, was so sad to read this, thoughts & condolences to lovely Shirley & all the family. From Debbie (neighbour few doors away)
