CarolHUGHESSadly passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on the 8th December. Carol leaves behind her partner Glyn and two loving daughters Sarah & Tracy and step daughter Catherine. Carol had 5 grandchildren as well as great grandchildren who she loved dearly. Carol's funeral is to be held on the 30th of December at 2.30 pm Weston Crematorium.
