PhilHUFTONIt is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Phil Hufton at home, surrounded by his loving family, on Wednesday, 25th September 2024 aged 67 years. Phil was the beloved son of Jean and Kenneth, devoted husband to Catherine, and a much-loved father to Daniel, Georgie, and Harry. A proud native of Derby, Phil was also a cherished friend and a passionate supporter of Derby County Football Club.
His funeral service will take place on Friday, 8th November at 12:30pm at Derby Cathedral, followed by cremation at 1:45pm at Markeaton Crematorium in the main chapel. A reception to celebrate Phil's life will be held at Pride Park Stadium. Phil's funeral service will also be streamed online.
