DerekHOLMESPassed away peacefully on Sunday 5th February, surrounded by family. Beloved husband, father, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and grandfather. And will be missed by many. Funeral service to take place on Thursday 16th February at St Hilda's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium at 3.15pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to the Alzheimer's Society, retiring collection at the Chapel.
