Clare LouiseHOLLANDWith great sadness, Clare passed away suddenly but peacefully in hospital on 5th January, aged 42 years. Beloved daughter of Geoff and a much loved step-daughter of Marina. Clare will be remembered for her care and compassion as a nurse.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Clare's life on Thursday 6th February in the chapel of St Bede, Teesside Crematorium at 3pm.
Family flowers only please, donations will be gratefully received on the day for the British Heart Foundation.
