Carmel ElizabethHIGGINSOn Friday December 30th 2022 peacefully at Belvedere Nursing Home, Accrington, Carmel aged 91 years who was Fortified By The Rites Of Holy Mother Church. The dearly loved wife of the late Patrick (Paddy), devoted mum of Eamonn and Paul, much loved grandma of Daniel and Louie and great grandma of Riley. Requiem Mass took place on Monday January 9th at St. Anne's RC Church. Carmel will be interred at her home town in Dublin where she will be reunited with Paddy.
