RobertHENRYof Stacksteads, Bacup, died on Sunday, December 27 at The Laurels Nursing Home, Bacup, aged 92. Robert was a HGV driver and retired from Cormar Carpets. He was a member of Burnley Football Club, and still watched Burnley and enjoyed most sports. He also enjoyed walking and bowling. He leaves wife Jean, children Denise and husband Peter, Adrian and wife Susan, grandchildren Laura, Matthew, Richard, Rachel, and Lucinda, great-grandchildren Nathan, Amalie, Aron, Jorgie, Lucia, Thea, and Harlow, six nephews and three nieces. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, January 8, at 2.30pm at Burnley Crematorium, led by Phillip Norris. Due to Covid restrictions, numbers allowed in the Crematorium Chapel are limited. Regrettably, therefore, the service will be for family only.
