PhyllisHAWKINSDied peacefully following a short illness at Southmead Hospital on 9th January 2025 aged 103 years.
Reunited with Charlie, John and Jean after a long and happy life. Much missed and fondly remembered by her grandchildren, great grandchildren and their families.
The funeral service is taking place at Canford Crematorium on Monday 10th February 2025 at 3pm.
