The Reverend David SamuelHARRISONOn Monday 24th March 2025, peacefully in Macclesfield District General Hospital, David aged 81 years.

Beloved and loving Husband of Susan, loving Father of Patrick and Ciaran, dear Father-in-Law to Katy and a loving and devoted Grandfather of Daisy, Sam and Milly.

David was the former Vicar of The Church of St George, Macclesfield with The Church of St Barnabas, Macclesfield. His final Incumbency was Vicar of The Parish Church of St Thomas, Henbury. David served also as a Chaplain at Macclesfield District General Hospital.

David will be missed greatly by all who knew him.

The Funeral Service will take place at 10.30 a.m. on Friday, 25th April at The Parish Church of St Thomas, Henbury followed by Interment in the Churchyard.

Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of Christian Aid and the East Cheshire Hospice.

Sleep easy, David.
I'm very sad to hear of your passing.
You did my beloved Mum's funeral 20 year's ago, and I'll never forget the support you gave me & absolutely beautiful send off for my Mum.
Sending my sincerest sympathies and condolences to all of David's family & friend's, and all who knew him. He touched many lives, and was a lovely soul xx

RIP David, he did a lovely funeral service for my dad 21 years ago and we saw him alot at St Barnabus school. He will be sadly missed for his work at Macclesfield Hospital.
