So sorry to learn of Jamie's passing; what a shock, and my thoughts and condolences go out to all his family and friends. We had such a blast back in the IPC days, and those are fond memories indeed. See ya later, fella.

Jamie – you were one of the first journalists I worked with and really helped me out getting to grips with everything. I'll always be grateful for the times we worked together and the knowledge you passed on. You were always kind-hearted and patient, with me and everyone else. I only have fond memories of our time together and it's sad to know that we'll never get to see each other again. Tyler – your dad was a great guy.

It's still a shock that someone I've known for nearly 20 years and with whom I enjoyed a coffee with less than two months ago, has been taken from us. I knew Jamie through work. I meet hundreds, perhaps thousands, of people this way, but Jamie was one of a small number of people who earned a special place in my peer-group. I'm fortunate, like many others that knew him, that I have some great memories of Jamie to cherish - far too many to go into here. Jamie had a wicked sense of humour that could be misunderstood, but at heart he was a genuine and caring human being. We are all poorer for not having him around any more. My thoughts go out to his family and his son, Tyler.

Still devastated at this news. I loved working with Jamie when I was at Fujifilm and we kept in touch all this time. We were planning to meet up recently and I still find it hard to believe he's not here. Sending much love to Jamie's family. Rest in peace, dear Jamie xx
