PatriciaHARKNESS(Dunston) Suddenly on 29th October 2021, aged 86 years, Pat (Nee Polkinghorn), beloved wife of Dennis, adored Mam of Denise, Pamela and Jillian, dear mother-in-law of Mohammad, also loving Granma of Jonathan, David and Thomas. Would friends please meet for Service and Cremation at Saltwell Crematorium, Gateshead on Wednesday 1st December at 2.30pm. No flowers by request.
