HildaHAMMONDPassed away peacefully on November 3rd 2024 at Rock Cottage Nursing Home, Brown Edge, Hilda aged 84 years of Birches Head.
Loving mum of April & her partner Steve and now re-united with her late son Simon, much loved nanna of Brendan, Emma and Sam, 'Big Nanny' to Anthony, Isabelle and Oliver and dearly loved sister of Barbara, Rita and the late Brenda.
Funeral service to take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Tuesday November 26th at 12.30pm.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired for the Douglas Macmillan Hospice.
