JohnHAMMONDNovember 10th, 2018 John passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family in Leighton Hospital, Crewe, aged 72 years. Loving Husband to Ann, Grandpa to Robert, Step Father and Father-in-Law to Clare and Ashley, Brother to the late Peter, Uncle to Judith and a very good friend to many, John will be very sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service will take place at St Matthew's Church, Haslington on Friday 23rd November 2018 at 12 noon, followed by private family cremation.
