Much loved mother of Sally, Derek and Michael. Devoted and treasured Grandma and Great Grandma to Nicola, Jody, Madgie, Betty, Freya and Rory. Loved by daughters-in-law Alison and Annie and son-in-law the late Michael and also by elder sister, Margaret and late brothers, George and Leslie. Treasured sister-in-law to Barbara and also a much loved and very special lady to her extended family and friends.
Service and cremation take place in the chapel of St Bede, Teesside Crematorium on Friday 10th January at 1:30pm
Would friends please meet at the Crematorium Chapel.
Family flowers only please by request, donations in lieu if so desired can be made privately to a charity of your own choosing. There will not be a collection at the Crematorium. Irene supported many charities throughout her life especially those relating to children, animals, and the Hospice movement but she would wish you to follow your heart and, if you choose to, support a cause close to you.
