Devoted husband to the late Tina, loving dad to Nicholas and Rachelle,
a dear father in law and a devoted grampie.
David will be missed by all of his family and friends.
A funeral service will take place at Uttoxeter Cemetery Chapel
on Monday 14th October 2024 at 1pm.
Family flowers only please, but kind donations in lieu will be forwarded
to The Alzheimer’s Society.
