Mr Greenwood was my form teacher, a lovely man well respected. However on a Saturday Ron could be found at Elmore AFC. My Dad was a good and sometimes great player for Elmore. From a very early age. I would be at football with my Dad Colin Andrews. Further down the line Ron and me and others would head to the bar. Where Mr Greenwood became Ron and Monday was back to Mr Greenwood. Having enjoyed a pint or two, half's in my case. I also went to the newly built Elmore Junior School, we had a new chef who was Mr Greenwood's wife. Her meals were fabulous and I think the dinner numbers went up dramatically. They were a lovely couple and are sure to be missed by all.

Remembered as a well respected teacher of technical drawing and class tutor. You gave time to those who needed it. Thank you.
