DouglasGREENSMITHof Fritchley passed away on 8th September 2018 at Hollybank House aged 85 years.
Beloved husband of the late Pat, loved dad and father in law of Bob and Michaela, Bill and Sarah, also a loved grandad of Emma and Ben.
Service and cremation to be held at Amber Valley Memorial Park & Crematorium, Swanwick, on Wednesday 26th September 2018 at 12:00 p.m.
