Beloved husband of Gwendoline, loving father to Steven and daughter-in-law Lynne.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday 7th November at 2:30pm, followed by cremation, at Markeaton Crematorium.
Donations in lieu of flowers to the Macmillan Unit, Royal Derby Hospital. Donations will be collected on the day of the service.
