Funeral service will be held on Wednesday 14th August, leaving from Rodway Court at 2.25pm to Westerleigh Crematorium in The Waterside Chapel at 2.45pm. Wake following afterwards at The Fleur De Lys, Pucklechurch. Flowers, or donations in memory of Phil for Southmead Hospital Respiratory Unit may be given at the service.
