Alexander. MGRANTPeacefully at home on 16th November 2016, surrounded by his loving family, Alex lost his long battle with cancer. Much loved husband of Sheila, devoted father to Gregor and Sandra, respected father-in-law of Gordon and Sherand and much adored 'Magic' grandpa to Natasha and Rebecca, he will be greatly missed by all. A celebration of Alex's life will take place in New Laigh Kirk, Kilmarnock on Thursday 24th November at 11am. Interment is on Friday 25th November at 1pm in Abernethy Churchyard within sight of his beloved Cairngorm Mountains. All who knew Alex are welcome at any of the above services but please, family flowers only.
