Howard ThomasGOUGHHoward of Lakeside, Cardiff, beloved husband of the late Wendy and loving father to Deborah and the late Jeffrey. Devoted and very proud grandfather to Thomas and father-in-law to Stephen and Lynda, sadly passed away on Sunday 9th June at University Hospital of Wales, aged 87 years. Howard was dearly loved by all his family, friends and anyone who had the privilege to know him. Until retirement, Howard worked for W & J Bogod Group. He also dedicated over 45 years of his life to help provide football for children and young people in the Cardiff Area. He was Chairman of Cardiff and District Junior Football League from 1998-2013 and then in later years became their President. A truly special man, who touched and help shape the lives of so many.

Resting at Coles Funeral Directors until the service to be held on Thursday 4th July at St Margaret's Church, Roath at 12pm, followed by committal at Thornhill Crematorium (Wenallt Chapel) at 1.30pm Immediate family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired can be made to City Hospice, Whitchurch Hospital, Park Road, Whitchurch, Cardiff CF14 7BQ in memory of Howard.
