Hello Dad, Your children and especially your grandchildren are doing you proud. Lots of arguments of whose dumplings are better. You are missed.

I have only this afternoon learned of the sad passing of my dear friend Speedy. My heart goes out to his beloved family & my thoughts are with you at this difficult time.
I first met Speedy 34 years ago when he was working at the cab office in Beeston and his infectious laughter and gentle manner drew me to him immediately. We became great friends over the years and he always called me "His number one Helen" which we always laughed about. Although I have been living in the south West for many years now, we always kept in touch & he'd visit my Mum Chris in Beeston Rylands from time to time, always weighed down with wonderful produce from his allotment or his incredible homemade wine!
Speedy will always have a very big place in my heart. He was such a gentleman & the world is a sadder place without him.
