Funeral service to take place in the Chapel of St. Bede, Teesside Crematorium on Thursday, July 31 at 14:05. Would friends please meet at crematorium chapel. No flowers by request, donations in lieu, if so desired, to Community Palliative Care, a donation box will be provided after the service.
