LeslieGAWNDirector of Gawn Associates, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his much loved family, on Wednesday 20th November 2024.

He was a precious and devoted husband of Valerie. A loved and adored Dad of Christopher, Lynsey and Ashleigh. A much loved Papa to Molly, Lydia, Jamie, Ellie, Sophie, Joel and Zac. A dear brother of Geoffrey and Norma, and brother-in-law of Alison and Geoff. He proudly contributed to the design and delivery of construction projects throughout Cambridgeshire and East Anglia over 40 years, and was a valued friend to so many.

A Celebration of his life will be held on Tuesday 10th December at midday at St Peter's Church, Boxworth. This will be followed by a private family interment in the Churchyard, and then with kind permission of dear friends, at Church Farm Barn beside the Church.

So sad to hear that Leslie has passed away, condolences to the family and friends.
I first met Leslie in the late 90s whilst working for Negus Builders and found him a lovely guy helpful and knowledgeable.
Had kept in touch often meeting him on jobs when needing structural advice last time being 2023.
Absolute pleasure to have known him. RiP.
