My father left the family when I was around four years old. I was very lucky to have great brothers. Peter and Frank were like fathers to me.
Peter was the kindest man you could ever meet. I remember him making my plates Before I went to Irish dancing school if mother wasn’t there. I don’t know what I would’ve done without them

To my beloved grandfather a man who no matter had a smile on his face and something to say to make another's day may you rest in eternal peace with those who came before you and one day those who came after we love you and will always do so.

We’re all taught from an early age to say I love you, and dad. I can remember the very day I knew my love for you, and then the day I knew you loved me, these 2 days will forever be with me, I only wish you was too. The most gentlest and caring dad, I hope I made you feel as special as you made me feel.

I once read that the secret to a long healthy life was to keep stress at bay.
My dad is proof of that because In 51 years of my life I only saw him lose his temper twice and on both occasions wasn’t so bad.
A truly calm unenvious man with patience to give away.

A wonderful man, he lived life well, always helped others and saw the best in people. Never without a smile and loved the craic. The best Dad!!
