John WalshGALLAGHER1930 - 2023

John Walsh Gallagher passed away on 20th December 2023 aged 93 years.

Dearly loved husband of Anne and dad of Timothy, Anthony, Jonathan and Joanne. He will be sadly missed.

The funeral will take place on Monday 22nd January 2024 at 10:15am at St Gregory's Church, South Shields to which all are welcome, followed by a private cremation and then a wake to be held at The Little Haven Hotel from 11:45am onwards.

We mourn his passing and celebrate his life. He touched all our lives in so many ways, as father and friend. His integrity, unwavering concern for others and his lifelong commitment to living right was an example for all. With love, memory of his deeds and the strength of his example live on.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired will be greatly received for the Alzheimer's Society and may be left at the service or made online via the following link: alzheimers.org.uk/donate
